Introductions Are In Order

Woo Hoo!!!! I am finally writing my very 1st post and I'm so excited to start sharing everything with you; from hilarious stories to weird ponderings or whatever feelings want to spill out at that moment in time. The important thing to know is that I love to talk in detail and I love to share my fun, cooky spirit, so hang on to your questionables people because I'm gonna take ya on a fun ride! Well, here goes!!

So 1st, shall I introduce myself? I guess I better since it's the title of the post. The biggest thing you should know is that I LOVE animals! You will definitely see this, since the majority of my stories will be inspired by my 3 "children." Bourbon, my 1st child, is 4 yr old Australian Sheperd who is just the light of my life. My boyfriend, Tommy, and I decided to adopt a puppy when we started living together in 2007. We visited one place and took one look at our dog and we couldnt resist!! It was that easy! He is the smartest, most beautiful soul and I cant imagine my world without him. Now, he loves his momma but he is definitely a daddy's boy.
Adanik is my 3 yr old German Sheperd, "MY" being the key word here. HE is definitely attached to his momma, (who is whimpering for attention as we speak). He came to us in a different way. My brother adopted him, unknowing that he would never be able to properly care for him due to his job. He went out of town for a whole week and I got to watch Adanik. Now, sshhh, this is a secret, but I KNEW in my heart of hearts, that I would probably be keeping him, eventually. I ended up watching him in another instance that wound up being like a month long stint of pure dog watching bliss on my part, and telling my brother at the end that he should just let me keep him because he loved us and we loved him and he just belonged with us. Thus began the growth of our little family.
Now last but not least, there's Gunner, my little 2 yr old Beagle mix who sort of adopted us. I came home from work one day and my 1st two are just going nuts in the back yard which usually means a new "scent" is lingering in one of our neighbors backyards. Soooo, I investigate. Sure enough, the neighbor kids have tied up this cute little dog that apparently followed them home from school that afternoon. Well I knew their mom didn't need added stress so I decided to take the time to try and find his owner, finally finding out he didn't have one. So my sister Julie was going to take him as soon as her house was finished. Well, in the almost 2 months we had him, we fell in love, dogs and all! I told my sister we just couldn't separate him from his brothers and that he belonged with us! Sooo, blessing number 3!!!

Ok, ok, I know I haven't actually introduced myself yet but animals, especially mine, ARE who I am. A BIG PART of who I am anyway! But onto me, my full name is Kelly JoAnn Williams (Chisholm is my married name, but I'm divorced) and I am a 29 year young HOT blonde. Alright, alright, I embellish! ;-) I have blue eyes (my favorite feature) and I'm just shy of 5'. Thus, all my nicknames given with love....shorty, small fry, Keebler Elf, Tinkerbell, need I go on?!!! Whatever gets me attention (JK)!!! My favorite nickname was given by my mother, of course coming from my love for animals; "Kellymae" (from the Beverly Hillbillies). She believes I'm some sort of animal whisperer....maybe she's right, hhhhmmmmmm!! Speaking of my mother, I'm gonna introduce you to my family. My parents are Connie and Tim Williams and I have 3 siblings; Julie, Timmy and Keith. I have 5 nieces; Baylee, Jadyn, Alyssa, Madelyn and Lydia. I also have 2 nephews, Jaylin and Jacob. I will share plenty of stories of family in the near future.
I am in love with a great man, Tommy, who I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with and of course my 3 "children"!! We live in a cozy, repeat, COZY house in Louisville and try to live every day to the fullest. Aaaah, who am I kidding, I take it pretty easy and try to keep life simple. Not always easy with Tommy being the busy little bee he is but it sure keeps things interesting. I think we bring each other to a good medium. We love to try new things and we love to travel; Carnival cruises being our absolute favorite thing! If you want cruise advice, don't hesitate to ask. We love to share our trips as much as we love going on them! I wanna get pictures up as soon as I figure out this whole blog thing but until then, you can view my pictures on my facebook page (Kelly Chisholm). On top of our time together, we love to spend time with our families playing games, watching movies and eating good food!

So that's me in a nutshell (hehe). I know you're thinking "nutshell, my ass" but that's ok. I warned ya!! Hopefully you got the gist of who I am and I'll have plenty of life to share with you soon. So please comment and share your life with me too. 'til then, happy reading and I'll "see" ya soon!!!

Pink, love and Mary Kay, <---(by the way, thats what I do..more on that later)
